House of Toys Etcetera has been a part of the Devonport community for over 35 years.
Grown from small beginnings, this business started in the house of an enterprising woman who wanted to make good quality educational toys available to discerning parents. The business steadily grew and soon moved to a shop front location on Victoria Road, Devonport’s main street, where it can still be found today as full of life as ever. Over the years House of Toys Etcetera has continued to grow and in the new millennium, while continuing to provide quality toys for children, the range of products in store expanded to include a wide range of gifts for teenagers and adults.
Always a family business, House of Toys Etcetera is now owned and operated by Noeline and Wayne Craig. Noeline was the shop Manager for 12 years a position now held by her daughter, Joanna who has also been a member of staff for many years. Noeline’s family has been a part of the Devonport community since her grandparents moved to the area in 1909.
Not just a child’s delight, House of Toys Etcetera is a treasure trove where shoppers of all ages can find a treat for themselves or wonderful gifts for friends and family.
