Kimochis Bug

Sometimes children have strong feelings and so do Kimochis. These wonderful soft toys help children learn how to experience, understand, and communicate these emotions in positive ways; and when children can communicate their feelings effectively, they cultivate confidence, kindness, self-awareness, self-control, resiliency, and gratitude.
Kimochi means "feeling" in Japanese, and each of these large characters comes with 3 kimochis - small soft emotion toys with a feeling printed on one side and a corresponding facial expression on the other. Each character has a special pocket children can store their kimochis/feelings as they get in touch with their emotions in a fun and comfortable way through puppetry and play.

Bug is thoughtful and extremely cautious. He is really smart, a skilled conversationalist, and is known to talk himself and the others out of any given situation because he likes to examine all sides. This can sometimes confuse everyone and make them forget what they were trying to accomplish. Bug lives in a Manzita tree and has a swimming hole with a tethered rope swing in the middle of his living room. When the weather gets hot everyone can be found splashing around at Bug's place! Bug's lucky number is 2 and his favourite colour is magenta. He loves the smell of rosemary and the taste of wildflower honey, and plays the mandolin.
Bug is afraid of change and because of this, being a caterpillar is not easy for him. He is always the last one to try something new. Although Bug is afraid, he secretly dreams of flying. Bug likes to read maps and has a great sense of direction.

Kimochi Bug has beautiful butterfly wings that unfold when he is confident and happy and can fold up and tuck away in his back when he is afraid, turning him back into a caterpillar. Bug's 3 kimochi feelings that come with him are Brave, Happy, and Left Out; there is also a Feel Guide and small storage bag that fits the guide and emotions.
